I am sure by now everyone knows that Holland, Amsterdam has a red light district with coffee shops for the use of cannabis. Coffee shops came from the name Coffee Houses. The coffee shops serve drinks and food, they are not allowed to serve alcohol and they are mostly used for the sale of marijuana for personal consumption by the public legally and they have been around since the 1960's.
