Epimedium

Epimedium is the scientific name for Horny Goat Weed also known as Fairy Wings, Rowdy Lamb Herb, or Ying Yang Huo (chinese). This plant can be found in southern, eastern and central Asia, also in Europe but a large quantity amount can be found in China. Epimediumis is a mixture of about 60 or more species of herbaceous flowering plants. People use horny goat weed for various reasons. Most women use it for erectile and sexual disfunction. According to folklore, horny goat weed's reputed aphrodisiac qualities were discovered when a Chinese goat herder noticed increased sexual activity in his flock after they ingested the weed.
